Day one

Vienna

Arrival at Vienna airport, meet and assistance. Departure to Slovenia.

Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, is a nice Central European city located in a basin at the confluence of the Sava and Ljubljanica rivers, between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. It has managed to retain traces from all periods of its rich history; from the legacy of Roman Emona; through to the Renaissance, Baroque and Art Nouveau periods characterized in the house fronts and ornate doorways of the city centre, the romantic bridges adorning the Ljubljanica river, the lopsided rooftops and a park reaching deep into the city centre. Zagreb - sightseeing time

The capital city of the Republic of Croatia, is an old Central European city. For centuries it has been a focal point of culture and science, and now of commerce and industry as well.

Zagreb has rich civil and cultural heritage, dating from the pre-historic period (Veternica Cave, Paleolithic) and archeological finds of the Roman culture (scitarjevo) up to the present.

The historical part of the town, the Upper Town and Kaptol are a unique urban core even in European terms, and thus represent the target of sightseeing tours. The old town, its streets and squares can be reached on foot. The old core of the town includes many famous buildings, churches, museums and institutions as well as pleasant restaurants and coffee bars.

Departure to Plitvice. The National Park Plitvice is Croatias most popular tourist attraction, was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. The beauty of the National Park lies in its sixteen lakes, interconnected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species.

Day four

Sarajevo is capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is its administrative, economic, cultural, educational and sport center. The city of Sarajevo is unit of local self-governance, which consists of four city municipalities: Old City, Center, New City and New Sarajevo.

Alley in Ilidza - An attractive promenade from the spa tourist complex Ilidza to Vrelo Bosne, planted with trees of plane-trees and chestnuts.

Bascarsija - The word "Bas-carsija" literarily means "main marketplace" and designates the area of market square around the fountain. It is formed in the middle of XV century.

Departure to Mostar. Sightseeing in Mostar. The city of Mostar is situated in a beautiful valley bedded between high mountains of Herzegovina. What makes this city known is its famous bridge. The Old Bridge was built by the Ottoman empire in 1565. Overnight in Mostar.

Day five

Departure to Dubrovnik. Whole day sightseeing with lunch in the local restaurant.

Dubrovnik - the city of a unique political and cultural history. Apart from its outstanding natural beauties and well-preserved cultural and historical heritage, Dubrovnik also offers high-quality visitor opportunities.

All of the main attraction are conveniently located in the pedestrians old city, which in itself is the standout attraction, a perfectly preserved baroque city-state. The main street is the Stradun (or Placa) where the Franciscan Monastery is located as well as the graceful Sponza Palace, one of the few buildings to survive the devastating earthquake of 1667. It is also home to the: iconic clock tower, the Church of St Blaise, Onforios fountain and Orlandos column. Just around the corner are the cathedral and the Rectors Palace, once home of the nominal head of the republic, now a museum and cultural venue. Departure to Kotor.

Day six

Sightseeing Boka Kotorska.

In the 4th century Bc the Greeks founded the town of Risan here (and Budva further down the coast). The Romans, after defeating the Illyrian tribes, settled in 2nd century AD, renaming the coast Dalmatia. By the end of the 6th century the southern Slavs had taken all the territory inland and the Dalmatian coast into a bargain. From the early 15th century until 1797 the Republic of Venice was a significant presence in this inner part of the Boka Kotorska Bay and left such and indelible mark.

There are two islets around Perast: Gospa od Skrpjela (lady of our rocks) and St George, two unique tourist attractions.

Herceg Novi is a town situated at the end of the bay. Its appearance is an illustration of its turbulent history. The town is a fine combination of romantic, Byzantine and oriental styles interweaved in its own Mediterranean appearance. Overnight in Kotor.

Departure to Cetinje - Mileseva - Zlatibor

Cetinje is a treasure of Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage. It scent with the architecture from 18th and 19th century that comes from rich greenery of this small city. Cetinje is the capital of Montenegro. Cetinje Monastery represents the spiritual and political seat of the Montenegrin people. Cetinje abounds in museums, as well as the Art Academy, parks and from Orlov Krs there is great view of the city and the mountain of Lovcen.

The Mileseva monastery - Serbia , was founded between 1234 and 1236by Serbian King Vladislav. The monastery is situated in a valley of the Mileseva river, near Prijepolje. Mileseva is one of the most important Serbian sanctuaries and spiritual centers.

Zlatibor is an incredibly beautiful mountain. It is located in western Serbia. At the average height of 1000m  above sea level, Zlatibor offers unforgettable scenery and a unique climate for those seeking rest, relaxation as well as enjoying winter and summer sports, such as skiing, walking and swimming. Visit to Mokra Gora, Drvengrad - Emir Kusturicas movie studio, and a major attraction. Sargans Eight(an old train ride trough the same region). Overnight in Belgrade.

Day nine

Sightseeing Belgrade

Belgrade is situated at the place where the Sava joins the Danube. Belgrade is one of the oldest cities is Europe. The oldest archaeological artifacts from Belgrade area date back to the fifth millennium B.C. The members of a Celtic tribe founded Singidunum in the III century B.C., while the first record of the name Belgrade dates back to 878 A.D. During its long and tumultuous history, Belgrade has been conquered by 40 armies, and 38 times it has been raised up from the ashes.

Belgrade is the capital of Serbian culture, education and science. It has the greatest concentration of institutions of national importance in the field of science and art.

Balkan

Kalemegdan is the nicest and biggest park in Belgrade. It is also the most significant cultural and historic complex dominated by the Belgrade Fortress overlooking the Sava and the Danube. The name Kalemegdan refers only to the plateau around the Fortress which was the main military bastion of Belgrade, Kalemegdan served to sight the enemy in time and possibly engage in battle.

The zone encompassed by present day Republic Square was in the past an empty space in front of the Stambol kapija (Istanbul gate) and uninhabited until 1835. When the Stambol kapija was torn down, a lot of buildings in the zone, including  the  Narodno pozoriste ( National Theatre), built in 1869. Just across the square is the Narodni muzej (National Museum) founded in 1844. Overnight in Belgrade.

Belgrade via Novi Sad to Budapest. Overnight in Budapest.

Day eleven

Budapest - one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Half day sightseeing of the most significant sights of Budim and Pesta.

Departure to Vienna. Overnight in Vienna.

Day twelve

Grandiose Vienna was the showpiece of the all-conquering Habsburg Dynasty. Monumental edifices in the city centre, world-class museums burst with treasures and famous orchestras perform in lavish concert halls. End of the tour.
