Day one

Arrival at Belgrade airport, welcome and transfer to the hotel.

Accommodation the hotel.

Optional evening boat tour "Belgrade from rivers".

Day two

After breakfast Sightseeing Tour of Belgrade.

(same as in Grand Tour 1). Overnight in the hotel.

Ex YU Day three

After breakfast departure from Belgrade. On our way we shall visit Topola-Oplenac. The complex comprising of the Church of St. George and the mausoleum of the Karadjordjevic dynasty, built according to the wishes and planes of King Petar the first.

The Studenica monastery is best known for its collection of 13th and 14th century Byzantine-style fresco paintings. From 1986 on the list of World Heritage Sites.

Novi Pazar lies in the Raska River valley, in rough and hilly country near the site of Ras, which was the capital city of the medieval Serbian state in the 12th-14th century. In the vicinity are Roman baths, and the Church of St. Peter, one of the oldest in ex Yugoslavian countries (7th or 8th century), is an interesting example of early Slav architecture.

Day four

Sopocani Monastery, the foundation of St.King Uros I was built in the second half of the 13th century.

Mileseva monastery - with famous brilliant fresco painting, "White Angel", recommended by UNESCO list. Lunch. afternoon arrival at Montenegro. Dinner and overnight on Coast.

After the breakfast sightseeing tour of Montenegro coast.

Kotor - Old town Kotor is the best preserved urban structure of medieval city in this region, typical from 12-14 century and is included in UNESCOS WORLD HERITAGE LIST. With its narrow streets and squares in asymmetrical arrangement of its medieval monuments.

Budva - famous old town fortress on the seaside, Mediterranean           

Day six

Half day sightseeing tour to Dubrovnik "The pearl of the Adriatic" because of its incomparable architectural heritage. Dubrovnik, walls are the most intact and impressive in the Adriatic and clearly head the long list of Dubrovniks sites. No wonder UNESCO named Dubrovnik as a World Heritage Site.

Day seven

After breakfast departure towards Zagreb.

Mostar - The town is exceptional for its dwellings and monuments, assembled harmoniously over the centuries. City sights, include the Old Bazaar, the Turkish House and one of the many old Mosques.

Sarajevo was once well regarded as open minded and tolerant home to all of the three of the major ethnic persuasions of the Balkans.

In 1984 a very cosmopolitan Sarajevo played host to the Winter Olympic Games. The high-rise towers of the modern city sit side by side with elegant Austro-Hungarian mansions, nudging up in turn against the Ottoman heart of the old city. The main walking street Ferhadija begins at the Eternal Flame, a fire that is kept burning at all times commemorating the triumph over fascism after WWII.

The old city you pass the beautiful Serb Orthodox church, the honey-colored Catholic cathedral. The street is lined with shops, cafes and art galleries and a leafy public square where old men gather around agiant communal chess set. As you walk down Ferhadija to, the old Gazi-Husrev Bey Mosque and a synagogue, all within five minutes and evidence of the citys remarkable diversity. Arrival to Zagreb, dinner and overnight.

Day eight

After breakfast Sightseeing of Zagreb, a green capita; with parks surrounding the Old Town in a horse shoe effect. As well as the lovely Old Town, with Venetian influenced architecture, winding cobblestone streets, Zagreb has a vibrant shopping centre good enough to tire even the most seasoned of shoppers. Despite the rapid growth of the capitals industry & finance sectors, Zagreb has managed to maintain and preserve its small town charm, which makes it fell a particularly warm and earthy place to experience on your short break in Croatia. Visit to the older historic Upper Town with its neo-gothic Assumption Cathedral, the famous St Marks Church, the colorful market, and old Banski Dvori Place. Lunch and departure to airport.
